I am working in ABC International from the past 2 years in the capacity of the senior technician. I have always performed my duties with utmost dedication and sincerity. My work has always been appreciated.

I would like to bring it to your kind attention that I have not received my salary for the month of April 2018. I am a salaried person and all my expenses are managed by my salary. Non-payment of salary creates a hindrance to the payment of other expenses associated.

Grievance letter for unpaid salary

I am writing this letter to report my grievance because of non-payment of my salary for the month of March 2018.  I had earlier encountered the same problem a few months back. On asking I was told that there was some technical problem by which employee’s salary cannot be transferred.

Demand letter for unpaid wages

I am writing this letter to you with respect to non- payment of my salary for the contractual period which ended in March 2018. The company owes me $[AMOUNT] for my services rendered in the said period.

It was duly mentioned in the contract that after the completion I will be liable for getting my wages as agreed upon.
