Mr. Joe, you have overseen managing the attendance of your department as our system is currently out of order. During your duty, it was observed that you have given undue favors to your friend colleague Mr. Fred. Fred has been late at the office for a continuous period of 5 days; you have marked him being present on time every time he came late.

Your undue favor to him has offended others as well. You are hereby warned to keep your friendship apart from business as this will not be tolerated anymore. As for now, Mr. James will work with you in attendance managing. Any further disruption by you will lead to serious action taken against you. Hope to see a positive change.

Warning letter for smoking in the office

We have been receiving several complaints against you Mr. Fred by your supervisor. It was said that you smoke during office hours. You know such practices are not acceptable. There are certain rules and regulations which every employee must abide by.

Smoking in the office is not permissible. You have been warned verbally by your supervisor to stop smoking in the office, but it seems you are reluctant to co-operate.
