An employer is an institution, agency, entity, organization, individual, or company that hires individuals to work for them, these individuals are known as employees. The workload on an employer differs based on his workings. Large organizations and institutions hire extra help on payroll to distribute their workload. There are different criteria to appoint an employee that varies according to the demand of the employer.

Within an agency or any other entity, all employees are equal, but they have a different job description. Some employees are at a higher level known as a manager or senior manager based on their capabilities in the required field while others may have relatively lower rank and do not enjoy all the allowances as their senior employees, but every member hired by the employer or the company is termed as an employee.  

When employers hire individuals, they compensate for their hard work by the salary which could be monthly, weekly, or daily. Some organizations also provide extra bonuses to their employees depending on their efforts. These bonuses may include health insurance for the employee or their family, vacations, food vouchers, or any other type of bonus.

These forms are of utmost importance because the fate of an employee within an organization depends on the feedback they receive. There are different parameters covered by employers on which basis they evaluate the overall performance of every employee in the organization. The basic theme of these forms differs from other organizations, but they all serve the purpose of evaluation.

This feedback form gives the opportunity to the employer to narrate all the pros and cons of a particular employee. These forms are then further discussed to evaluate how to enhance the progress of the company by making essential changes in the workings of employees. Employer feedback form requires following information about employees and their workings:

  • Name of employee.
  • Name of employee’s Department.
  • Name of employer.
  • Name of the organization they work for.
  • There are a number of columns on the form that show certain attributes of the employee that an employer demand. Other columns rate the performance of employees within the organization.

Attributes selected by employer may include:

  • Communication Skills.
  • Regularity
  • Dependability
  • Quality of work
  • Work ethic
  • Teamwork
  • Skills for solving problems.
  • Use of advanced technology.
  • Awareness of safety procedures

These attributes of employees may differ in a different organization depending on their workings and job description of their employees. These forms decide the fate of an employee therefore, they are managed with utmost care. If any employee receives good reviews from the employer, they may be benefited from extra allowances or promotion in rank or salary or any other form of bonus that depicts the appreciation by the employer.

Sometimes, employees only receive warnings to correct their wrongdoings or change their mode of work. But these forms can also lead to the joblessness of an employee if their work does not match the standards of the employer.
